Simply Answers is so easy to use that you will be creating your own user defined reports straight away. You will be able to extract the information that you want, when you want it, giving you and other key managers in the business the information on which to base key decisions.
Not only can you easily create and store your own reports but using the in built scheduler you can email reports automatically to anyone within your organisation at a given time for example:
- You could email the new starters each month to the management team
- You could email the department managers a weekly absence report
- Report on holiday time that has been booked for the next month
In addition to this our HR Software’s enhanced security will automatically ignore employees who do not have access to specified information.
Croner Simply Personnel includes as part of the system its own powerful Organisation charting tool. Data is exported into the Organisation Chart reflecting the live situation in Croner Simply Personnel, always showing you an accurate picture of your organisation. If you make changes in the chart by ‘dragging and dropping’ employees into a new reporting structure this can be reflected back into Croner Simply Personnel.
